1、负责资金中台产品规划与建设，围绕 B2C 交易模式设计结算、对账、分账、退款、资金管理等核心能力； 2、梳理交易资金流与信息流，建设从订单支付、履约确认、应收应付、结算出账到资金管理的完整产品链路； 3、设计并完善结算规则、账务模型、结算单据、资金状态、异常处理和差错处理机制，保障资金数据准确、透明、可追溯； 4、负责与支付、订单、履约、财务、商家系统、风控及外部合作方等上下游系统对接，推动系统链路打通与稳定运行； 5、建立资金链路监控与经营分析能力，通过数据指标识别结算效率、资金异常、对账差异等问题，并推动持续优化； 6、结合业务发展和合规要求，持续提升资金中台的平台化、配置化和风险控制能力，支持业务规模化增长。

1、本科及以上学历，3 年及以上资金、支付、结算、账务、财务系统、交易平台或中后台产品经验； 2、熟悉 B2C 交易模式下的资金流转、结算、对账、退款、应收应付等核心流程，理解资金链路中的准确性、时效性和风险控制要求； 3、具备较强的系统抽象能力和规则设计能力，能够将复杂结算场景沉淀为可配置、可复用、可扩展的平台能力； 4、具备良好的跨团队协作能力，能够与业务、财务、研发、测试、法务合规及外部合作方高效沟通并推动落地； 5、对数据准确性和流程严谨性有高标准，能够通过监控、核对、异常闭环等机制保障资金链路稳定可靠； 6、具备较强的项目管理能力和结果导向，能够在复杂链路、多系统依赖的环境中推进项目按期交付。
