1、负责懂车帝活跃车友的增长与运营工作，日常通过站外、站内各类渠道触达并聚拢车主用户，同时借助活动及运营手段进行用户甄别与维系，提升用户产出； 2、负责懂车帝车友圈的日常运营，对社区活跃度负责。主要通过线上活动、话题以及创新玩法及激励规则等，带动社区内用户分享、互动、回答等行为，提升活跃度； 3、具备较强的活动策划与组织能力，涵盖平台线上活动及线下车友活动等，能够高效推动活动从策划到落地的全流程执行，并做好结果回收与复盘； 4、负责社区的日常运营、治理与管理工作，维护社区基础氛围，确保其良性运转。

1、热爱汽车行业，具备良好的网感，有较长时间的社区类产品使用经历，学历本科及以上； 2、拥有 3 年及以上用户运营经验，能力突出者可适当放宽条件，有社群、社区或用户管理经验者优先； 3、具备用户洞察能力，能深刻理解年轻用户群体（尤其汽车用户）的兴趣、行为及社交偏好，并据此制定有效的运营策略； 4、善于思考总结，对数据敏感，能够利用数据优化运营策略，有数据驱动解决问题经验者优先； 5、具备优秀的沟通表达能力、强烈的责任心、自驱力和抗压能力，能够适应较高的工作强度及快速变化的工作环境。
