1、撮合业务推进：负责开展达人撮合、资源撮合等相关工作，精准对接供需双方需求，灵活协调多方资源，推动撮合合作落地；制定撮合工作SOP流程及相关规则，规范撮合全流程，确保工作合规、高效，规避合作风险； 2、视频内容策划与创作：具备优秀的策划和创意能力，能够负责爆款小视频的策划、指导拍摄及剪辑相关工作（可联动资源完成），具备小视频创作能力及资源整合能力，提升内容传播效果； 3、活动落地执行：协助部门落地内外部各类活动，包括活动策划辅助、流程对接、现场执行、后期复盘等；具备活动把控经验，能及时应对活动过程中的各类问题，确保活动顺利落地； 4、直播补位支持：具备良好的语言表达能力和临场应变能力，在部门直播项目人员短缺时，能够快速补位，承担直播相关工作（如主播、场控辅助等），保障直播顺利进行； 5、其他相关工作：配合部门完成生态维护、资源拓展等相关工作，及时反馈撮合、活动、内容等环节的问题，提出优化建议。

1、本科及以上学历； 2、具备达人撮合、资源撮合等相关工作经验，熟悉撮合业务逻辑，能够精准捕捉供需需求，灵活衔接多方，推动合作落地；具备SOP流程及规则制定能力，有合规意识，能确保撮合工作规范开展； 3、创意能力突出，能够结合行业特点策划优质内容，具备爆款小视频的策划、创作（或联动创作）能力，同时具备一定的资源整合能力，能整合各类资源完成内容产出； 4、具备内外部活动落地执行经验，熟悉活动全流程，有活动把控能力，能够协助完成活动策划、执行、复盘等全环节工作，能应对活动中的突发情况； 5、具备良好的语言表达能力、沟通协调能力和临场应变能力；愿意配合部门需求，在直播项目缺人时主动补位，能够快速适应直播相关工作节奏； 6、工作积极主动、责任心强，具备较强的抗压能力和团队协作能力；熟悉行业生态相关业务者优先，有相关行业从业经验者加分。
