1. 社区运营规划:负责App社区的整体规划，制定社区运营目标和策略，设计具有增长驱动力的运营机制，提升用户活跃、留存与转化； 2. 负责社区的日常运营维护，制定并执行社区规则，营造积极、友善的创作与讨论氛围； 3. 挖掘核心用户、KOC/KOL并进行长期维系，负责社区生态体系的建设，敏锐的发现舆情并能进行有效引导，建立用户与社区间的有效沟通和反馈机制，并推动产品调优； 4. 数据分析与优化:收集并分析社区活跃、互动及留存等关键数据(如用户活跃度、内容互动率、用户留存率等)，根据数据分析结果，优化社区运营策略； 5. 持续追踪外部竞品动态，结合社区实际情况，跟进优化及迭代工作；打造有热情&高效的业务团队。

1. 本科及以上学历，热爱汽车，有汽车相关行业经验优先考虑，网感强，对UGC类内容和社区有一定的消费和使用习惯； 2. 对用户行为与内容传播有敏锐洞察，具备从用户视角设计活动机制与激励体系的能力； 3. 有较强的独立思考能力，能深刻理解年轻用户群体（尤其汽车用户）的兴趣、行为及社交偏好，并据此制定有效的运营策略； 4. 结果导向，逻辑清晰，具备扎实的数据分析能力，能够通过数据验证活动成效并持续优化； 5. 具备良好的项目管理与跨团队协作能力，沟通高效，能在复杂环境中推动目标达成。
