1、负责抖音直播全流程运营，涵盖直播策划、脚本撰写、场控执行、流量投放配合，统筹直播节奏，承担直播流量、互动率、订单转化等核心目标，具备高效的落地执行与问题解决能力； 2、负责直播服务商管理及自营直播间的现场落地，配合主播讲解权益、推送福利，保障直播过程中商品展示、直播节奏顺畅性； 3、负责直播数据监控及复盘，跟踪直播流量、转化、订单等核心数据，分析直播问题并优化运营策略，联动投放团队优化流量分配，持续提升直播转化效率。

1、本科及以上学历，拥有2年及以上相关工作经验。需具备电商直播运营实战经验，有电商直播运营、高客单价类目直播运营经验者优先，同时具备管理服务商直播的相关经验，熟悉抖音直播生态与运营逻辑； 2、有相关领域实战经历的更优，如直播策划与执行、场控运营、直播数据复盘、流量投放配合、主播统筹等，能独立完成直播全流程运营者优先； 3、强结果导向与数据驱动，能对直播核心业绩目标负责；具备卓越的协同能力、细节把控能力和创业心态，能主动推进工作，适应直播快节奏。
