1、负责汽车行业电商广告（巨量千川）的产品运营工作，能够基于行业需求洞察增量机会点，通过产品运营策略提升行业收入； 2、以广告收入达成为目标，深入理解行业客户生意逻辑，能够识别行业不同客群经营及投广痛点问题，并设计产品解决方案，帮助客户在字节跳动生态健康成长，进而推动行业收入增长； 3、深入理解平台产品能力，能够识别产品核心价值和定位，制定产品GTM策略；并有效推动商业产品迭代升级，提升客户使用效果及满意度。最终通过推动产品渗透达成业务目标。

1、本科及以上学历，框架思维好，逻辑思维能力强，具备优良的数据分析能力； 2、2年以上商业化运营经验，有电商广告产品运营或电商行业运营工作经验优先； 3、掌握产品GTM方法，对广告产品各阶段推进策略有理解，并具有较强的问题解决能力及学习能力； 4、具备较复杂项目管理能力，沟通能力和推动力强，有跨团队的沟通和资源协调能力； 5、具备行业分析能力，能从内外部及数据找那个洞察出行业机会，并产出产品策略。
