1、体系搭建：配合业务侧发展需求现状规划人员培养体系，参照根据学员群体及业务特点，完成岗位全周期学习体系的搭建； 2、内容设计：整合业务资源完成岗位学习体系内的课程及学习项目设计； 3、课程设计：承担核心技能类课程开发及内化，推动区域培训资源完成知识类课程及线上课程的开发，过程中提供专业辅导，对成果进行评估与审核； 4、项目推进：深入了解业务诉求、配合业务节奏策划推动重点项目（关键人员OR业务专题）实施落地，支持业务侧在落地过程中的疑难问题解决； 5、AI 应用：探索AI对营销业务增收提效，对运用 AI 工具优化培训内容开发、知识沉淀、效果复盘等全流程，提升培训运营效率与质量。

1、本科以上学历，5年以上培训行业经验，项目设计、课程开发、体系搭建基本功扎实； 2、熟悉营销或运营体系业务团队培养，具备互联网企业、企业大学相关工作经验者优先； 3、具备 AI 工具实际应用经验，能熟练使用生 AI 工具辅助内容生产、培训运营等工作； 4、学习力强、业务敏感度高，关注业务重点、难点，较强的系统思考、逻辑分析、项目管理、资源整合能力。
