1、本科及以上学历，有互联网客户管理工作经验者优先，有广告商业化经验者优先； 2、有良好的沟通能力、内外部沟通协作能力和资源整合能力，能有效参与和推动项目落地； 3、有扎实的数据分析基础，对业务逻辑和数据表现敏感，能够独立完成分析报告； 4、有责任心，做事情不将就；有业务同理心，能够站在业务视角思考问题和解决问题。
