1、产品规划与策略制定：负责在抖音生活服务场景下新车交易、二手车交易产品的整体规划与路线图制定，围绕交易规模、转化率、GMV 等核心目标拆解业务问题，明确阶段性产品策略与打法，并对结果负责； 2、用户端产品建设：基于抖音生态设计用户购车全链路产品，覆盖看车、选车、比价、小定 / 定金、下单支付、到店核销与履约交付等关键环节，持续优化用户体验与交易转化，降低高客单价品类的决策门槛； 3、商家端产品建设：面向车商、4S 店及主机厂打造经营侧产品能力，提升商家在抖音生态的经营效率和交易转化，构建健康的商家生态与增长飞轮； 4、业务洞察与机会挖掘：保持对汽车交易行业、抖音生服业务和竞品的敏锐洞察，通过数据分析、用户调研与商家走访识别增长机会点，形成可落地的产品方案，推动业务持续迭代创新； 5、跨团队协同与落地：统筹联动抖音生服、懂车帝多方资源，高效推进产品上线与业务落地，及时解决过程中的卡点，确保业务策略落地；

1、本科及以上学历，具备5年以上互联网C端产品经理经验& 3 年以上交易产品经验，对于抖音、字节生服、电商体系熟悉加分； 2、具备产品负责人或复杂方向负责人经验，能够独立负责从方向判断、目标制定、方案设计到跨团队落地的完整产品闭环；对C端用户体验、内容分发、平台交易生态有较强理解，有效整合资源，推动产品价值实现； 3、具备优秀的结构化思考能力、数据分析能力和业务判断力，能够清晰定义问题、量化目标、拆解路径，并通过数据和用户反馈持续优化产品； 4、具备强跨团队协作与项目推进能力，能够在多团队、多目标、多约束环境下推动共识形成和资源落地； 5、有较强的战略思考与落地能力，能识别长期方向、拆解短期突破口，推动业务在不确定环境下持续取得阶段性突破；具备良好的团队影响力和产品领导力，能够带动团队形成清晰判断、稳定节奏和高质量交付标准。
