1、根据项目需求进行，拆解并制定整车及三电的技术测试方案，跟踪整个节目进行，保证技术方案的可行性和专业性； 2、负责解读分析各个车型整车电池/电机/电控的功能策略、设计逻辑、差异化及优劣分析、测试和标定 3、负责编写三电系统相关的测试用例、拆解方案等文档； 4、能够指导和检查测试操作，保证测试的准确性，出现问题时能给出专业的指导并解决问题。

1、熟练掌握汽车三电相关专业技术及实操经验，3年以上新能源三电测试领域相关经验； 2、熟悉纯电/混动汽车基本原理，对各种纯电/混动构型有深入了解；3年以上汽车主机厂或发动机厂工作经验 3、熟悉电机电控系统标定流程，对整车及台架标定流程有深入了解； 4、熟悉电池构成及原理，对电池模组试验等有丰富的专业知识及操作指导能力，对实验数据有解读和归纳总结的能力 5、有极强的责任心和良好的团队协作精神； 6、热爱汽车行业，有较强抗压能力。
