负责客服体系相关产品的规划与落地，核心聚焦售后服务团队平台产品建设、AI 服务质检系统搭建与升级，推动客户服务流程标准化建设和落地，保障服务信息高效流转，持续提升服务品质与客户满意度。主要工作有： 1、梳理客户服务业务全流程，搭建并持续优化标准化交易后后期的服务流程，提升信息流转效率与业务闭环能力，结合用户需求优化产品功能与操作体验，解决使用痛点； 2、牵头 AI 服务质检系统的落地与优化，推动质检规则落地，并推动质检结果在服务流程中应用，推动流程优化；跟进AI模型优化，探索AI在服务场景的深度落地。

1、本科及以上学历，3年以上B端产品工作经验，有CRM系统、工单平台、AI 服务质检系统相关项目经验者优先； 2、熟悉客户服务场景，具备优秀的需求洞察、业务分析与跨团队沟通协调能力，能够独立负责复杂产品项目的全流程设计与落地，沉淀可复用的产品方法论。； 3、熟悉AI智能体产品设计逻辑，了解数据打通、数据建模、效果评估的基本方法，有大模型落地、数据分析相关背景者优先。 4、对AI技术与数据驱动的产品落地充满热情，愿意积极探索新技术在业务场景的创新应用，具备较强的责任心、执行力与抗压能力。 5、有较强的数据思维，能通过数据分析洞察问题，评估效果，制定针对性优化方案，并有良好的跨部门协作、沟通协调及项目管理能力，执行力强，能高效推进项目落地。
