1、负责B端商家经营平台的基础架构规划，构建完善的“商家-账号-用户”底层管理体系，打通曝光、线索、交易全链路数据，打造行业领先的数字化经营阵地； 2、负责商业化交易中台的从0到1孵化与搭建，梳理并定义核心交易流程，完成基础商品管理与订单全生命周期管理的产品功能规划与上线； 3、主导网销团队CRM系统的规划与建设，将线索分配、客户跟进、外呼触达等业务动作线上化、系统化，打造销售效能工具，支撑网销团队的高效运转与精细化管理； 4、结合AI与大数据能力，规划智能经营诊断与自动化投放功能，推动商家经营从“人工操作”向“智能决策”转型，提升线索获取与转化效率 。

1、本科及以上学历，3年以上互联网B端平台产品运营或CRM体系搭建经验，有从0到1平台建设经验者优先； 2、具备较好平台产品思维与规划能力，能将复杂的线下经营场景转化为标准化的线上平台能力； 3、熟悉汽车厂商或经销商经营模式，对数字化营销工具有深刻理解。
