1、5年以上平台侧策略运营、供给运营或商家运营经验，有平台机制在供给侧从0到1落地并规模化的经历； 2、具备策略设计与产品化能力，数据导向，能独立设计数据口径、监控过程并拆解结果； 3、有供给质量运营、分层运营经验优先；有二手车、汽车、房产、本地生活等非标供给平台经验优先；有AI产品运营经验优先；
