1.负责懂车帝用户增长机会的洞察，围绕用户增长目标，持续研究“流量分布、用户需求、竞品动态、AI入口及互联网生态变化”，找到1. 用户增长的机会点，并对重点机会进行规模、成本、用户价值及可行性评估，判断优先级； 2. 深度理解用户在汽车全生命周期的痛点和需求，看清现状，设计出不同渠道、用户、生命周期阶段的“高杠杆”打法，抓主要矛盾； 3. 研究业内各家的用户增长打法，积极与优秀的公司建联，组织相互交流，从最佳实践中总结出可借鉴的打法； 4. 跨部门协作，推动“增长机会”变为可落地的“项目”或“产品”，达成“增长”的业务结果；

1. 本科以上学历，3年以上用户策略运营/C端商业分析相关工作经验； 2. 具备较强的结构化思维，能够从复杂业务问题中快速找到主要矛盾，具备“中/宏观”的战略分析视角，紧跟行业趋势，对用户行为及商业模式有较强敏感度； 3. 具备自主提出分析命题和框架的能力，不依赖上级指派； 4. 了解汽车全生命周期，对汽车行业有浓厚兴趣。
