1、质检体系建设与优化：根据公司业务特点和发展需求，建立健全业务质量检查标准、流程和制度，不断优化质检体系，确保质检工作的科学性、规范性和有效性； 2、业务质检监控：基于对业务核心指标的分析与挖掘，通过搭建多场景多能力的质量策略并不断调优，帮助业务快速、准确、全面发现问题，看清风险点；基于发现的问题，能够从运营专家视角提供全面、系统的业务治理建议，对策略治理有效性进行验收和提升； 3、业务赋能闭环：能够基于质检结果，形成经验沉淀，做培训赋能。联动产品团队，具备AI思维，提升质检效率和有效性。

1、工作经验：具有 5 年以上业务质检相关工作经验，其中至少 2 年以上团队管理经验，有交易业务行业经验者优先； 2、专业知识与技能：熟悉业务质检的方法和工具，具备扎实的质量管理知识；具有较强的数据分析能力，能够从大量数据中发现问题和规律；具备良好的沟通协调能力、组织管理能力和问题解决能力； 3、个人素质：具有高度的责任心、敬业精神和团队合作精神，工作严谨细致，能够承受一定的工作压力； 4、有风险意识，对风控流程体系有一定认知，具备良好的风险与问题自主挖掘意识。
