1. 线上活动创意策划与落地：独立负责懂车帝社区线上主题活动、趣味营销活动的全流程策划、方案输出、玩法设计与落地执行，摒弃固化模板，结合年轻用户喜好打造好玩、有记忆点、高参与度的创新活动； 2. 全网热点结合与玩法迭代：持续跟进全网热点、互联网新潮玩法、短视频/社交平台流行趋势，结合汽车垂类用户属性，快速落地热点联动活动，实现活动常态化创新； 3. 端外全域声量打造：深度熟悉各端外主流传播渠道特性与流量逻辑，负责活动的端外传播策划、内容包装与扩散，实现活动破圈传播，大幅提升品牌及活动全网声量； 4. 数据复盘与结果负责：以社区活跃、用户参与、拉新转化、内容增量等核心数据为目标，全程把控活动落地效果，完成活动数据复盘、玩法迭代优化，对最终业务结果负责，而非单一曝光数据； 5. 项目协同推进：联动产品、内容、设计、审核等团队，推进活动资源落地、节奏把控、风险把控，保障活动高效、完整上线并达成目标。

1. 经验要求：3年及以上互联网线上活动营销运营经验，运营出身，有成熟的线上活动全案操盘经验，有社区/内容平台活动运营经验优先； 2. 能力要求：脑洞大、网感强、创意丰富，擅长年轻化、趣味化活动玩法设计，拒绝套路化运营，能持续产出新颖、可落地的活动创意； 3. 传播能力：熟悉小红书、抖音、微博、B站、社群等主流端外渠道传播逻辑，精通热点借势、内容破圈、声量放大的运营打法； 4. 思维要求：极强的结果导向思维，区分于纯品牌市场岗位，具备数据思维和业务思维，能够通过活动玩法、传播策略驱动用户增长与社区数据提升，对最终业务结果负责； 5. 素质要求：执行力强、项目节奏感好，具备独立推进完整项目的能力，善于复盘迭代，抗压能力强，适配互联网快节奏工作模式。
