1、本科及以上学历，5年以上产品经验，有策略产品经历，做过内容理解、内容标签识别模型； 2、逻辑狂人、有规范洁癖、对数据敏锐，能厘清复杂的内容链路和审核系统； 3、有内容感，有对好内容的判断、有对做到好内容生态的追求。
