1、培训体系搭建：统筹懂车学对外培训与内部培训体系的规划设计，构建完善学习产品、能力认证及讲师体系，制定年度培训计划； 2、学习内容体系建设：以产品化思维主导核心能力认证及配套课程体系的建设，探索并开发前沿的数字化/AI培训工具，建立可持续迭代的内容生态； 3、讲师体系运营：统筹内外部认证讲师分级体系的整体规划，包含的招募、认证、培养、考核与日常管理，持续完善科学规范的讲师激励与成长机制； 4、培训项目交付：负责对客及内部各类培训项目的全流程策划与落地执行，保障培训效果与客户满意度； 5、效果评估优化：建立可量化的 ROI 评估与价值闭环，通过数据追踪与反馈分析，持续优化培训产品内容与交付形式。 数字化学习平台运营：负责“懂车学”线上学习平台的运营规划，创新在线学习体验，建立学习数据追踪模型，通过数据分析优化培训运营策略 跨部门协同：联动业务、HR 等部门整合资源，提升组织内专业/管理/文化等方面能力，沉淀组织最佳实践与标杆经验，推动培训创新。

1、本科以上学历，8 年以上 L&D、人才发展或对外生态赋能相关经验，至少5年以上培训团队的直接管理经验； 2、具备业务全局视角，拥有面向外部生态（代理商/服务商/头部经销商集团）大规模培训体系从 0 到 1 统筹搭建与重构的主导经验； 3、具备数据驱动思维，能够通过数据分析评估培训效果并指导优化； 4、具备优秀的业务敏感度与学习能力，能够敏锐捕捉业务痛点，并将培训与具体的业务核心指标（结果产出）有效关联； 5、具备跨部门协同与向上/向下影响力，能够有效推动渠道、业务高管、产研线等多方协作，整合资源保障项目落地； 6、热爱培训事业，有责任心与创新精神。
