1、本科及以上学历，具备广告代理公司销售经验或客户资源者优先； 2、熟悉互联网汽车广告业务流程，有一定的提案能力，了解客户对设计、投放的整体需求，准确、及时传达客户要求，与团队保持良好沟通，深度发掘其他合作需求； 3、沟通协作能力强，思维敏捷，能够准确把握产品优势和客户心理，促成销售业绩； 4、强烈的客户开拓能力和结果导向能力，主动思考意识。
