The posting

1、负责车后自营门店管理平台的整体规划，覆盖工单、服务项目、配件进销存、排班、会员营销、财务对账、门店考核等核心模块； 2、负责平台产品架构设计，梳理业务域并抽象可复用的通用能力，建设可配置、可扩展的平台底座，支撑门店标准化运营与规模化复制； 3、深入门店一线调研业务场景与痛点，完成需求分析、方案设计与 PRD 输出，解决流程不规范、库存不准、管控缺失、数据分散等问题； 4、协同运营、财务、研发、测试推进落地，通过数据复盘持续优化产品与运营规则，提升人效、库存周转与服务转化，降低经营成本。

1、本科及以上学历，3年以上B 端系统产品经验，熟悉汽车后市场（洗美、维保、配件）门店业务流程优先； 2、具备平台型产品设计能力，擅长业务抽象与领域建模，熟悉商品、库存、订单、结算、权限等核心模型，能通过配置化支撑多门店、多业态的差异化需求； 3、具备产品架构能力，能清晰定义模块边界、系统交互与数据流，可与研发共同评审技术方案，在扩展性与实现成本间合理取舍； 4、理解线下门店经营逻辑，善于挖掘真实痛点，具备数据思维和跨团队推动能力； 5、有门店 SaaS、连锁门店数字化或头部车后平台自营门店系统经验者优先； 6、有 AI 产品经验者加分，如大模型 / Agent 在 B 端业务的落地，或智能派工、配件需求预测、经营诊断等场景应用。
