1、负责懂车帝新车电商产品的需求调研分析，产品规划和设计，包括产品架构、功能玩法、推荐策略等，为商城用户规模和转化率负责； 2、深入理解汽车行业端到端交易链路，了解车辆从生产到终端销售的核心环节及角色，能够从行业全局视角发现新车交易过程中各个环节的问题并思考解决方案； 3、洞察购车用户，持续挖掘用户在选车、买车中的问题，制定产品方案策略，提升用户体验及交易转化； 4、推动研发、视觉、交互、运营等部门落地方案，并数据验证产品有效性，持续迭代。

1、本科及以上学历，3年及以上用户产品经验，有房产类、汽车交易类或平台电商、垂类电商行业背景优先；有成熟的电商全流程产品视角、具备电商商业平台搭建的经验，具备较强的拿结果能力； 2、有极强的抗压能力，能够拥抱变化，有创业精神； 3、在过往经历中有比较有说服力的产出，对业务增长有诸多洞见，能够独立负责业务逻辑较深的电商商业产品； 4、良好的专业素质，包括不限于高质量原型和文档的产出，Axure、PPT、Excel等软件的熟练使用； 5、有较强的推进能力，能够配合技术、运营、设计等顺利推进跨部门合作项目按时完成。
