1、商业产品GTM规范及落地：对互联网广告行业有基本的了解，深度理解产品，制定合理的GTM机制和协同业务/运营推进落地，加速产品在各行业的覆盖和渗透，并定期监控进度，Review机制和完善； 2、跨团队重点项目的全生命周期管理：针对跨团队及重点项目，制定完善的项目管理流程，过程中识别问题并有效调配资源解决问题，同时输出项目阶段性报告；整体对项目交付周期和结果负责； 3、产研流程管理及效能度量：深入业务，推进产品需求全流程管理及效率&质量监控，通过定量/定性分析度量需求产出及效率，并针对问题给出改进方案和推进落地。同时，做好资源管控来适配阶段性业务优先级的变化，保障组织产研资源效能最大化。

1、本科及以上学历，3年广告/营销策略运营或项目管理经验，有商业产品运营、行业运营经验者优先； 2、有GTM方法论和相关经验，具备产品推广落地及SOP搭建能力； 3、对数据敏感，有一定的宏观思维，有思考，对自身能力提升有强诉求； 4、目标感和责任心强，沟通能力强，有团队合作意识。
