1、本岗位为懂车帝核心商业化管理岗，依托抖音平台生态，深耕汽车后市场赛道，全面负责销售团队管理、整体业务统筹与商业化增长。岗位兼具团队管理、广告销售、商家运营、策略赋能多重属性，核心负责汽车后市场商家的抖音电商入驻、门店商业化运营、全域广告销售及直播团购业务落地，打造车后市场商业化闭环，带领团队完成年度营收目标； 2、服务对象主要为汽车洗美养护、轮胎机油、汽车配件、车载用品、改装坐垫等汽车后市场商家，同时覆盖二手车、汽车出行、汽车平台类客户；核心售卖抖音全系商业化产品，包含千川电商投放、本地推、直播团购、品牌广告、信息流AD等，助力线下门店线上引流、车品商家电商变现，实现品牌声量与生意增长双提升； 3、团队管理：统筹管理10-20人销售团队，负责人员搭建、培养、日常管理及绩效考核，拆解年度、季度、月度业绩指标，把控业务进度与节奏，搭建标准化销售作业体系，提升团队整体产能与执行力； 4、客户经营：深耕汽车后市场行业，持续开发新客户、深耕存量头部商家，维护优质客情关系；精准挖掘客户营销、电商经营、门店拓客需求，挖掘行业潜在商机，结合平台产品打造差异化合作方案； 5、广告业务落地：根据客户需求定制品牌曝光、效果转化、本地引流、电商成交一体化营销方案，全程负责方案报价、商务谈判、合同签约、广告投放、问题跟进、数据复盘全流程，合理利用平台广告资源，保障项目高效落地； 6、商家赋能运营：为车后市场线下门店、车品电商商家提供专业商业化赋能，指导商家完成抖音店铺入驻、短视频运营、直播带货、团购上架等核心动作，提升客户合作粘性与复购投放意愿，推动车后市场商业化规模化发展； 7、市场与策略迭代：持续关注汽车行业、车后市场发展趋势及竞品动态，结合市场变化优化销售策略与打法，沉淀优质案例，为平台产品优化、业务拓展提供有效建议； 8、业务复盘沉淀：常态化开展客户上门拜访、团队业务培训、数据复盘总结，梳理业务痛点与客户诉求，优化销售流程与服务体系，固化标准化作业模板，持续提升团队业务效率与客户转化率。

1、3-5年及以上互联网销售团队管理经验，具备完整的团队搭建、指标管控、业绩攻坚经验，有字节系产品（千川、本地推等）从业经历者优先； 2、熟悉互联网广告、电商、直播商业化模式，精通抖音千川、信息流广告、本地推、品牌广告等产品逻辑与落地玩法； 3、深度了解汽车后市场、二手车、汽车出行行业，拥有丰富的车品商家、线下门店、行业品牌客户资源，具备优秀的商务谈判与客情经营能力； 4、具备敏锐的市场洞察力和商业判断力，善于挖掘行业机会，能够独立统筹大客户合作及重点商业化项目落地； 5、目标导向、结果为王，自驱力强，抗压能力突出，具备优秀的团队管理、统筹协调能力，可带领团队超额完成业绩目标； 6、职业素养良好，行业口碑佳，认同企业价值观，具备长期深耕汽车垂类商业化赛道的意愿。
