关于岗位： 懂车帝日活千万级，C 端业务快速迭代，质量保障是产品体验的底线。我们正在探索 AI 在测试领域的深度应用，希望找到对 AI × QA 交叉方向有热情、愿意一起携手共进的同学。

岗位职责： 1、业务质量保障：负责懂车帝 ToC / ToB 业务的服务端、Web 端、移动端测试工作； 2、AI Agent 评测：参与懂车帝 AI Agent（智能助手、Copilot 等）的效果评估体系建设，设计评测维度和数据集，对 Agent 输出质量负责； 3、AI 测试开发：利用 AI 能力推进测试左移和右移，包括但不限于：用 AI 生成测试用例 / 测试数据、用 AI 做自动化 case 维护、用大模型辅助问题定位与归因；参与skills及QA agent开发； 4、质量体系建设：推进流程、工具、质量专项技术在业务内的落地与持续优化。

1、本科及以上学历，1 年以上工作经验； 2、有业务思维，能发现产品设计问题并推动改进； 3、具备 AI 提效经验，对 AI 前沿技术保持热情和学习热情； 4、掌握一门开发语言（Python / Golang / Java / C++），熟悉 Python 优先； 5、了解常用客户端、服务端开发 / 测试工具。

加分项： 1、有 AI Agent 评测经验（评测框架、数据集设计、指标体系建设等）； 2、有大模型调用或 AI 应用测试经验； 3、有完整harness落地经验； 4、服务端测试经验丰富，或有 ToC / ToB 产品完整测试经验； 5、有 AI 生成测试用例、自动化用例维护等 AI × QA 实践经历。
