1、负责设计并建立二手车业务的客户体验评估体系，包括C端客户体验和B端客户体验，制定各类产品和服务的评估指标和标准，建立信息收集分析机制，联动产品部门，周期性输出客观、全面的评估结果； 2、对业务重点的产品和功能，设计科学客观的客户体验评估方案，组织开展用户和商家调研，与行业内竞品对标，输出体验评估文档； 3、负责提升二手车业务的用户和商家的NPS，总结评估后发现的体验问题，提出解决优化方案，督促业务和产品部门完善客户体验。

1、本科及以上学历，5年以上用户体验相关工作经验，有咨询公司、市场研究公司、战略商分部门工作经历优先； 2、具备良好的用户思维和产品意识，站在用户视角发现问题； 3、优秀的信息搜集、良好的沟通协调能力、数据分析、撰写报告能力、能接受频繁出差； 4、具备数据分析能力，对数据敏感、逻辑清晰，能从数据中洞察业务，通过逻辑测算发现问题，产出业务优化方案。
