1、负责抖音电商汽车行业短视频内容全流程制作，涵盖前期策划、脚本编写、现场拍摄、后期剪辑等全链路工作，对订单量和 GMV 核心业绩目标全权负责； 2、统筹短视频制作全流程，把控拍摄现场布光、场景调度、画面呈现等核心环节，同时具备成熟的短视频剪辑能力，可独立完成成片剪辑，对最终视频质量与传播效果负责； 3、持续追踪汽车行业热点和平台爆款内容，能结合产品核心卖点快速复制爆款逻辑、落地适配内容； 4、对已发布视频进行全维度数据分析，基于数据结果及时调整内容策略，持续优化内容产出质量与转化效率。

1、本科及以上学历，影视、广告、摄影等相关专业优先， 3 年及以上相关工作经验，有抖音平台短视频编导、或汽车竞价类视频制作相关经验者优先； 2、具备出色的视频制作全链路能力，精通视频拍摄制作全流程，熟练使用专业摄影设备及各类后期剪辑软件，有 AI 视频制作相关经验者优先； 3、创意丰富、网感敏锐，有抖音汽车垂类爆款短视频案例者优先，投递需附带个人作品集； 4、强结果导向与数据驱动思维，能对业绩目标全权负责；具备优秀的跨部门协同能力和创业心态，工作主动推进，可适应电商行业快节奏工作模式。
