1、本科及以上学历，关注搜索产品动态与发展，对搜索用户需求有深刻理解，熟悉搜索质量评估方法和流程； 2、对垂类业务有深入思考，熟悉行业的生态、具备良好的独立规划及目标拆解能力，有较强的沟通能力和跨团队协作能力； 3、5年及以上搜索经验产品经验，汽车相关经验或兴趣优先考虑。
