1、负责构建、迭代平台二手车信息规则、流程机制，并推动相关产品建设，确保车源信息准确性； 2、深入用户与业务需求，推动平台车源商品的关键信息不断完善，支持用户选购体验提升； 3、分析平台车源数据，构建异常车源监控模型和工具，确保平台问题车源得到有效治理； 4、搭建 从入驻->监控->稽查->治理 的商家风控管理体系、规则、模型与产品，确保平台商家质量； 5、牵头设计商家品质提升的正向牵引机制，引导和激发商家主动更有经营； 6、 与业务、产研、中台等部门协同，推动车源、商家治理策略落地，不提升运营效率和AI化水平。

1、正直，用户价值导向，目标感强，灵活创新，热爱汽车优先； 2、本科及以上学历，至少5年以上电商、二手交易平台品质运营、治理运营经验，有二手车行业经验者优； 2、了解二手车业务运营模式，具有用户思维和结果导向； 3、对数据敏感，具备较强的数据分析、数据诊断能力，能通过商家行为数据发现潜在风险，能做到数据驱动； 4、有较强的沟通和解决问题能力，能够深入一线，发现问题，并且接地气的解决问题； 6、具备较好的具象问题抽象归因，形成规则、策略、工作方法的能力； 7、有较强的项目管理、项目协同能力，同时有一定产运协同项目经验。
