1. 负责服务门店整体管理工作，立足用户体验视角，建立门店准入、筛选、评估标准，完成优质合作门店的甄选与甄别，淘汰服务不达标的合作门店，优化门店资源池。 2. 结合平台用户服务诉求与行业现状，梳理制定合作门店专属运营策略、服务规范与落地细则，统一门店服务标准、接待流程与交付服务要求，保障全国合作门店服务体验统一。 3. 搭建适配合作门店的考核、评级、激励与清退体系，围绕用户满意度、服务合规性、问题处置效率等核心维度，拆解指标、定期复盘，通过考核机制驱动门店主动优化服务质量。 4. 常态化开展门店巡店、暗访与体验测评，收集用户反馈与门店服务痛点，输出优化方案并跟进落地，持续整改门店服务短板，降低用户投诉与负面舆情。 5. 统筹合作门店的服务赋能、标准宣贯与日常督导，沉淀可复制的门店服务管理方法论，持续迭代门店运营与服务管理体系。

1. 全日制本科以上学历，5年以上二手车、汽车服务行业经验，有平台加盟/合作门店运营、区域管理经验优先。 2. 擅长从用户视角拆解服务问题，具备门店准入标准、服务制度、考核体系的搭建与落地实操能力。 3. 具备优秀的数据分析、问题复盘能力，结果导向，能够通过机制与策略优化，驱动合作门店服务升级。 4. 逻辑清晰、沟通统筹能力强，擅长对接商户、推进整改落地，抗压能力优秀。 5. 认同平台用户至上的服务理念，对二手车线下服务体验、服务品控有深刻理解，具备较强的标准落地与商户管理能力。
