1、面向汽车车后客户及代理公司的大客户销售，并与其介绍公司业务模式、产品，推动今日头条、抖音、西瓜视频、抖音火山版等公司旗下产品的广告营收； 2、对车后行业有全面理解，能找到行业的潜在机会，并能找到与公司业务的结合点；通过整合内外部资源，为客户提供营销解决方案； 3、承接客户需求，与内部团队的沟通/协作，整合资源，优化和创新，为客户提供效果的监测/分析及改善建议，保障客户营销解决方案落地与顺利实施，拿到结果； 4、制定执行营销战略，制定客户发展计划、客户关系及销售过程管理； 5、完成公司及部门下达的对应业务指标； 6、开发潜在客户，并对现有客户进行维护和管理，提高客户的忠诚度。

1、本科及以上学历； 2、具备2年以上互联网广告经验，有电商及账户管理经验者优先； 3、具备客户新开经验优先； 4、具备良好的沟通表达能力、客户维护和开拓能力。
