负责平台转化策略的设计、落地与持续优化，通过数据驱动和线下协同，提升核心转化漏斗效率。需要深入业务一线，与BD/销售/城市团队紧密配合，将策略转化为可执行的动作并拿到结果。岗位职责 1. 转化策略设计 基于业务目标，拆解转化漏斗关键节点，定位转化瓶颈，输出策略方案； 设计分层运营策略（如商户分层、用户分层、场景分层），制定差异化转化路径； 搭建策略效果评估体系，建立核心指标看板，持续监控和迭代。 2. 线下协同与落地 深入一线，与BD团队、城市运营团队紧密配合，确保策略在终端有效执行； 定期出差走访，了解一线真实情况，将前线反馈转化为策略迭代输入； 输出标准化SOP、话术、工具包，降低一线执行门槛，提升转化效率。 3. 跨团队协调推动 联动产品、数据、营销等团队，推动策略所需的产品能力建设和资源落地； 协调内外部资源，推动关键项目在多个城市/区域的规模化复制； 作为策略侧接口人，与业务方对齐目标、同步进展、解决卡点。 4. 行业洞察与创新 跟踪行业竞对动态和最佳实践，持续引入新的转化方法论； 基于数据分析和一线反馈，主动发现增长机会点，推动创新项目落地。

1.本科及以上学历，3-6年策略运营/商业分析/增长运营相关经验； 2.有大型互联网平台（阿里、美团、滴滴、字节等）策略运营或BD运营经验优先； 3.具备扎实的数据分析能力，熟练使用SQL、Excel，能独立完成数据分析并驱动决策； 4.优秀的沟通协调能力，能有效推动跨部门协作，一线团队配合度高； 5.性格外向、主动性强，愿意深入一线，适应一定频率的出差。
