1、梳理新车交易全流程，制定标准化链路模式，明确商家、供应链及网销端的权责边界与协作规则，对业务模式进行全流程把控与偏差纠正； 2、针对直播卖车、线上定金锁车、跨区域调车等创新交易模式，开展可行性评估，输出网销合规性与风险可控性分析报告，推动模式在规范框架内落地；聚焦业务核心运营场景，设计专项治理解决方案，并匹配对应产品能力； 3、推动 SOP 数字化落地：将标准化流程嵌入 CRM、订单系统等平台工具，设置关键节点校验规则，通过技术手段实现流程合规的强制约束；监督 SOP 执行效果：定期抽检交易案例，形成执行分析报告，针对违规环节推动整改优化； 4、搭建全链路作弊风险识别机制，定期复盘典型风险事件，提炼风险特征与应对策略；组织业务团队开展风控专项培训，全面提升全员风控意识与应对能力。

1、学历：本科及以上，法学、工商管理、电子商务、风险管理等相关专业优先； 2、经验：3年以上平台治理、风控合规或汽车交易相关经验，熟悉新车交易全流程（至少主导过1项交易链路规范/SOP建设项目）； 3、技能：精通交易链路分析与流程设计，能独立输出SOP文档与风险防控方案； 4、熟练使用数据分析工具（SQL、Python、Tableau等），具备从数据中识别风险模式的能力； 5、熟悉汽车销售行业监管政策及常见作弊手段（刷单、虚假交易、信息造假），善于应用数据分析发现和挖掘问题； 6、逻辑严谨、原则性强，具备跨部门推动能力（能协调业务“合规与发展”的平衡）； 7、加分项：有大型电商平台或头部汽车新零售平台治理/风控经验。
