1、本科及以上学历，英文听说读写能力流利，可作为工作语言；有东南亚小语种能力加分（泰语、印尼语）； 2、了解汽车行业相关知识和常识，了解海外汽车用户偏好及消费习惯者加分； 3、具备较强的达人BD对接能力，有相关东南亚达人资源者优先； 4、学习能力强，对海外内容运营、汽车行业有浓厚兴趣，具备敏锐的市场洞察力与内容敏感度； 5、具备较强的责任感、抗压能力与执行力，业务投入度高，可接受海外出差和跨时区时差工作。
