1、负责汽车线上交易用户产品线的整体规划及设计，为交易产品用户全生命周期负责，助力交易订单规模增长； 2、清晰洞察汽车购车用户端/商家端诉求，整体设计商家供给管理/经营管理以及用户交易链路/到店消费场景，端到端整体负责交易解决方案设计及产品架构设计，长期建设并完善交易产品线基础能力； 3、深度理解客户、行业、模式差异，制定产品中长期策略；深入参与商户调研，能够结合商家反馈和数据分析，洞察不同类型商家的经营诉求，驱动产品迭代，并与业务团队紧密协同推动规模覆盖并获得增量收益； 4、跨团队与产品、研发、业务团队进行协作，为产品线上线下用户体验，交易完整链路的流量转化效果负责。

1、本科及以上学历，5年及以上互联网产品经验，有本地生活、电商、汽车等行业从业经历更佳； 2、主导负责过交易产品，完整经历0-1交易产品线经验，具备全链路产品设计能力； 3、对用户体验有深刻的理解，具备出色的细节把控能力，能够从用户角度出发不断完善产品；对创新抱有持续热情，对最前沿的消费模式有理解和判断； 4、具备较好的商业敏感度、业务抽象能力、出色的逻辑思维、系统架构能力； 5、工作有热情，有创新精神，善于思考，喜欢挑战，对产品有极致突破要求。
