1、本科及以上学历，3年以上产品经验，有达人营销或品牌广告产品经验者优先；了解达人营销商业模型，熟悉不同角色的权责关系，结合业务诉求落地产品功能； 2、熟悉汽车行业营销模式，具备扎实的数据基础和商业敏感度，产品设计能力良好； 3、目标导向，逻辑思维缜密，善于分析和解决问题，具备良好的团队协作能力和自驱力，优秀的沟通理解能力。
