1、账号数据监控与分析：搭建多平台（抖音、小红书、视频号等）账号数据看板，实时追踪多个账号的播放量、完播率、互动率，定期输出数据简报，定位内容亮点与问题； 2、内容数据深度拆解：针对不同类型汽车节目，分析选题、脚本、剪辑、封面标题等要素对数据的影响，提炼可复用的内容优化策略； 3、账号增长与转化赋能：基于数据洞察，为节目团队提供内容调整建议，助力账号涨粉与粉丝粘性提升；联动节目/直播团队，分析直播卖车等交易场景的数据表现，优化转化路径； 4、数据体系搭建与迭代：梳理数据指标体系，搭建标准化数据报表模板，推动数据工具的落地使用，提升团队数据化运营效率； 5、竞品与行业分析：监测行业头部账号、竞品的内容趋势与数据表现，定期输出竞品分析报告，为公司账号矩阵布局、内容创新提供参考。

1、学历与专业：本科及以上学历，统计学、数学、计算机等相关专业优先；1-3 年平台类、内容类 MCN、新媒体行业数据运营经验者优先； 2、数据能力：熟练使用 Excel（VLOOKUP、数据透视表、函数公式），具备基础 SQL 能力者加分；能熟练运用第三方数据工具（新榜等）分析账号与内容数据； 3、输出能力：具备较强的逻辑思维与报告撰写能力，能将复杂数据转化为清晰的结论与可落地的建议，高效同步给内容团队； 4、协作与抗压：适应行业快节奏工作模式，能跨团队协同推进工作，对数据敏感、责任心强，具备良好的问题解决能力。
