1. 负责懂车帝用户增长产品策略与落地： - 围绕新用户获取、老用户活跃、购车意向激发、交易转化等目标，制定用户增长产品规划； - 搭建用户增长产品框架，包括拉新、召回、任务、权益、激励、活动、裂变、转化承接等产品能力； - 结合懂车帝内容、车型、车源、经销商、报价、线索、交易等场景，设计从内容消费到交易转化的增长路径。 2. 负责权益与玩法产品设计： - 设计面向购车用户的权益体系，如购车补贴、询价权益、试驾权益、金融/保险权益、置换权益、门店权益等； - 设计任务、活动、抽奖、补贴、裂变、签到、成长体系等增长玩法； - 通过权益和玩法提升用户留资、询价、预约试驾、到店、成交等关键行为转化。 3. 负责流量增长与转化效率提升： - 参与站内外流量获取、承接和分发策略，提升增长链路整体效率； - 与推荐、搜索、主框架、内容、交易、商业化、运营等团队协作，优化增长入口、转化路径和用户触达； - 建立不同流量来源、不同用户分层、不同交易场景下的增长策略。 4. 负责增长实验与 ROI 评估： - 建立增长实验机制，通过 A/B 测试、数据分析和漏斗拆解持续优化产品策略； - 对增长活动、补贴、权益、投放、转化链路进行 ROI 评估； - 推动增长资源从粗放投放转向精细化运营和高 ROI 增长。 5. 推动跨团队项目落地，推动复杂增长项目从策略设计、产品方案、资源协调、上线验证到复盘迭代的完整闭环。

1. 本科及以上学历，5 年以上互联网产品经验，具备用户增长、交易增长、营销产品或电商产品经验优先； 2. 有交易型业务经验，熟悉用户从认知、兴趣、决策到转化的完整链路； 3. 有权益体系、活动玩法、增长工具、流量分发、补贴策略、ROI 模型等相关经验； 4. 数据敏感，能够通过用户分层、转化漏斗、留存分析、ROI 测算定位问题并推动优化； 5. 具备较强的结构化思考和项目推动能力，能够在多团队协作中拿结果； 6. 对汽车行业、购车决策链路、线索交易、本地生活或大额消费决策有兴趣和理解。
