1、负责懂车帝自营电商（懂车严选）店铺及类目电商运营工作，为店铺的GMV和ROI负责； 2、能够洞察汽车后市场类目机会点，负责店铺及类目选品、定价、产品销售到售后履约的全链路工作； 3、熟练使用抖音平台各类商业产品（巨量千川、巨量星图、巨量云图、抖店罗盘等），能结合货品特性制定全链路的经营规划并落地； 4、管理各类服务商及专项团队，不断优化多方协作流程，提升效率，实现更高的经营目标； 5、协助项目负责人进行店铺及类目的项目管理，梳理、把控项目重要里程碑节点。

1、本科及以上学历，3年以上电商运营经验，熟知汽车后市场（如汽车零配件、汽车内外饰、日化清洁等）从选品到ToC售卖的全流程； 2、有生意思维，能够站在全店及全品类的视角，规划资源投入及回收周期； 3、具备管理服务商及专项团队的能力，能够激发服务商及专项团队的协作力，并给予明确的策略指导； 4、有自驱力，能够结合自身经验及公司资源，在复杂的问题中找解法； 5、有消费者服务意识，能够找到消费者喜欢的内容并为消费者提优价好物。
