1、负责 B 端产品全链路数据体系搭建与指标监控，基于业务转化、用户行为数据完成全维度分析，挖掘业务增长机会，输出体系化优化策略； 2、统筹产品需求全生命周期管理，收集内外部用户真实诉求，完成需求梳理、优先级评估与落地跟进，搭建需求闭环管理机制； 3、搭建标准化用户运营体系，沉淀运营流程、培训体系与复盘方法论，推动产品价值落地，提升用户活跃、留存与业务转化； 4、跨产品、业务多团队协同对齐业务目标，推进专项优化项目，输出周期性业务复盘与策略迭代方案。

1、本科及以上学历，3年及以上策略 / 产品运营相关工作经验，具备撮合、交易类平台运营经验优先，有 AI 相关产品落地运营经验者加分； 2、具备优秀的数据洞察与归因分析能力，擅长数据拆解归因输出可落地的增长策略； 3、具备标准化体系搭建能力，擅长梳理运营 SOP、培训素材、复盘模板，具备完整项目推进经验； 4、优秀跨部门沟通协调能力，逻辑清晰、学习适应力强，可快速适配业务与产品迭代节奏； 5、有汽车、线下经销商线索业务相关从业背景优先。
