1. 抖音汽车产品建设：负责抖音搜索场景下的汽车产品建设，通过如意卡等产品形态提升搜索结果页体验；负责抖音主 Feed 汽车异形卡、车型库产品分发、内容锚点等产品形态的规划与迭代。通过优化召回策略、内容匹配和分发机制，提升汽车内容消费规模及结构化产品渗透率； 2. 汽车推荐策略优化： 持续通过 A/B 实验验证产品策略收益，与算法、工程团队紧密协作，围绕汽车行业补充关键特征和信号，提升推荐准确性与交易转化效率； 3. 汽车用户画像建设：参与抖音汽车用户画像中台建设，将用户的产品使用行为和内容消费行为沉淀为关键特征，丰富汽车用户画像，为推荐系统提供更准确的输入信号；

1. 本科及以上学历，具备 3 年以上搜索、推荐或信息流方向的产品经理经验；有抖音或字节跳动体系内搜索、Feed 产品经验者优先； 2. 深入理解搜索召回、排序和推荐分发的基本逻辑，能够结合业务场景设计产品策略； 3. 具备较强的数据敏感度和实验驱动思维，能够独立设计 A/B 实验、拆解指标、定位问题并推动产品迭代； 4. 有汽车行业经验，或对汽车选买场景有深入理解者优先。
