1、推广落地：对产品有深度理解，对业务场景有清晰认知，并能向产品的使用者充分讲解产品价值及优缺点，制定合理的推广方案，调动业务团队协同配合产品落地，加速产品在目标用户群体中的渗透，并定期监控进度，完善推广方案； 2、问题排查：日常响应oncall问题，能有效识别并归纳问题类型，初步判断问题真实性及严重性，并能及时匹配、调动相关PM和研发进行问题修复； 3、需求收集：日常保持与业务侧的沟通联系，积极收集产品使用反馈和需求，做好归纳和提炼； 4、价值包装：基于对产品实际使用情况的监控，和与业务团队的沟通，挖掘优秀案例进行包装，完成show case打造； 5、数据分析：基于产品埋点数据，结合BI工具，监控产品使用情况，并结合对使用情况的分析，提出优化建议。

1、本科及以上学历，3年及以上广告/商业产品运营经验，有商业平台运营/经营分析经验者优先； 2、具备营销思维，有产品推广能力，有GTM相关推广经验者优先； 3、对数据敏感，有一定数据分析能力，会使用市面常见BI工具，具备SQL能力者优先； 4、目标感和责任心强，沟通能力强，有团队合作意识。
