1、驾驶技能熟练，熟悉整车级、系统部件的可靠耐久试验标准和试验流程，熟悉本专业相关的试验资源，能够独立组织和实施整车开发项目的可靠耐久相关试验； 2、具有参与传统或新能源车型的整车开发项目经历，能够针对项目要求策划合理的整车、白车身、系统部件的可靠耐久试验方案； 3、了解可靠耐久专业试验目的，熟悉可靠耐久试验策划的逻辑关系，协助部门完成试验管理体系和试验标准体系的建设。 4、负责对接项目组支持工程设计部门对可靠耐久性能和技术条件的把控，协助完成系统部件的验证、验收和交付； 5、负责整车开发项目道路试验车辆和问题的管理、接口问题组织协调、问题管控和问题关闭等； 6、熟悉可靠耐久试验相关法规、标准及流程，负责组织完成相关的试验验证、数据处理、报告编制、报告审核和交付等； 7、熟悉整车道路路谱采集方案，数据处理和迭代；熟悉整车耐久强化系数的分析和制定原则； 8、负责试验现场管理，操作试验仪器，如实采集试验数据，诊断并排除试验问题，记录并反馈试验信息； 9、能够完成试验方案、报告、项目材料的编制和汇报。

1、了解智能新能源车型工作原理和结构，有智能新能源车型试验经验优先； 2、了解智能座舱、智能驾驶以及自动化测试，有相关测试试验经验优先； 3、熟悉整车公共道路试验方法与标准，熟悉道路耐久性测试、振动测试更佳； 4、熟悉试验设备原理及操作，定期维护和校准测试设备，熟悉设备操作，能够分析和处理设备故障； 5、做好团队梯度建设，策划能力提升培训，组织技术研讨会，能从测试准确度、节约成本、提升效率等方面，组织优化改善； 6、对产品本身问题导致的失效提出改进建议，负责完善失效分析及可靠性实验的流程和规范。
