1、本科及以上学历，汽车专业优先； 2、具有2年以上检测行业审核或相关工作经验、熟悉检测流程和质量控制体系、有1-3年检测或审核运营相关工作经验，熟悉互联网平台运营规则者优先； 3、参与过检测及审核相关项目的优化或改进工作，能够运用相关工具和方法，提高审核效率和质量； 4、具备扎实的专业知识，能够准确识别检测数据中的异常和潜在问题。熟悉各类内容审核标准，包括但不限于文字、图片、视频等，能够快速、准确地判断检测报告中的问题； 5、能够主动发现潜在风险，提前预警，并制定相应的应对措施，降低平台运营风险。具备基本的数据分析能力，能够通过数据反馈，分析审核工作的效果和问题，为优化审核流程和标准提供数据支持。
