1、 本科及以上学历,5年以上互联网社区经验,其中至少 3 年以上存量用户运营经历,热爱汽车优先； 2、 具备出色的数据分析能力,深入挖掘市场数据,以数据为依据制定营销策略,具备数据驱动的决策思维； 3、 具备优秀的沟通表达能力与逻辑思维能力，能够清晰、准确地表达自己的观点与想法，推动问题解决； 4、 对用户心理有敏锐的洞察力，结果导向，具备出色的逻辑思维和创新能力。
