1、负责进厂车辆远程故障诊断，重点攻坚发动机、变速箱、电控系统等疑难复杂问题，确保维修方案科学、高效、可落地； 2、根据车辆故障现象制定维修方案，评估维修成本与周期，把控维修质量与交付时效，保障一次修复率； 3、主导重大疑难故障的技术会诊，输出技术分析报告与案例复盘，建立维修知识库，沉淀常见故障标准作业流程（SOP）； 4、协同售后接待、质检、配件等环节，处理技术类客诉与纠纷，对维修质量异常进行根因分析并推动闭环整改； 5、关注行业新技术与主流车型通病，优化维修工艺，推动维修效率与质量的持续改进。

1、5 年以上汽车维修经验，3 年以上同岗位或技术主管经验，精通发动机、变速箱、底盘、电路系统的诊断与维修，持有中级及以上汽修资质证书； 2、具备新能源（纯电 / 混动）车辆维修能力者优先，熟悉三电系统检测、高压安全操作规范； 3、熟悉主流品牌常见通病、维修工艺及配件体系，具备独立完成大修与疑难故障解决的能力； 4、熟练使用诊断设备与维修管理系统，能输出规范的技术文档与培训材料； 5、责任心强、服务意识好，具备良好的沟通协作能力与团队管理意识，能承受高峰期工作压力。
