1、负责汽车行业终端商家的经营提效，整合平台和商家资源，用商业化产品服务商家，实现商家销售效率的增长和平台、产品影响力的渗透； 2、以线上化建联为核心，与商户决策层/关键人员建立合作紧密度。面对商家，提升认知，并逐步培养商家自助化操作习惯，保持双方长期稳定的合作共赢；面对内部，不断沉淀、完善标准化工具与系统基建，提升团队人均带户效率； 3、围绕商家经营目标与需求，结合市场趋势和公司资源，为头部客户定制经营方案，最大程度地满足商户需求，同时为平台增收； 4、高度保持对汽车行业、Al商业领域的关注与思考，包括行业发展动态、前沿研究、商业化新产品/新模式等，为业务落地与创新输出有效意义。

1、本科以上学历，3年以上汽车行业终端工作经验，熟悉汽车泛媒的商业模式，同时对AI智能解决方案和智能服务流程有研究者优先； 2、具有敏锐的商业感知和良好的客户沟通能力，熟悉ToB营销产品，能够独立完成商家提案并追踪执行落地； 3、具备良好的数据洞察能力,能够通过数据分析识别关键问题，完成ToB的经营诊断与营销整合； 4、具备项目管理能力和闭环意识，对于团队目标有清晰的任务拆解、资源调配、过程监管等能力，乐于接受有挑战性的目标，善于拿结果说话。
