1. 商家成长体系从 0 到 1 设计与落地 - 独立设计二手车电商平台商家星级评定模型，制定量化门槛、升降级规则与申诉机制 - 设计 5 级权益矩阵（流量 / 工具 / 金融 / 运营 / 品牌 / 供应链），联动商务、运营团队完成权益资源谈判与落地 - 主导体系上线全流程：标准制定→数据测算→灰度试点→全量发布→商家宣贯→效果复盘 - 持续迭代体系规则，适配业务不同阶段（扩张期 / 稳定期）的运营需求 2. 产研对接与产品化落地 - 以商家成长体系为核心业务场景，独立输出业务需求文档（BRD），对接产研团队推动功能开发 - 推动「商家端成长中心」「星级自动评定」「权益自动发放」「升级进度可视化」等核心功能落地 - 收集商家与运营侧反馈，持续优化产品体验，提升体系自动化程度 3. 跨部门协同与虚线资源管理 - 联动商家策略运营完成一线宣贯、培训落地与商家反馈收集 - 联动业务运营对接金融、保险、供应链等权益资源 - 联动区域运营完成商家问题排查与政策落地 - 每周组织商家成长体系协同会，对齐进度、解决卡点、输出行动项

1、3 年以上 B 端商家运营、会员体系、用户增长相关经验，有从 0 到 1 搭建商家等级 / 成长体系的完整项目经历； 2、 具备较强的数据建模与分析能力，能独立完成指标体系设计、数据看板搭建与策略输出； 3、有完整产研对接经验，能独立撰写 PRD、跟进开发、推动功能上线，熟悉互联网产品研发流程； 4、有二手车、汽车电商、本地生活或大型电商平台商家运营经验优先； 5、 具备较强的跨部门协同与项目推动能力，能在虚线管理模式下拿到结果。
