1、本科及以上学历，3年以上4A公司策略部门（Planning）、市场研究公司或甲方市场部策略/用户研究岗位经验； 2、有汽车行业策略规划经验者优先，熟悉汽车消费者的决策旅程和行业特有的营销挑战； 3、具备独立完成一份整合营销策略方案的能力，包括市场分析、消费者洞察、策略构思到方案撰写的全过程； 4、熟练掌握多种市场研究方法，能够独立设计并执行用户调研项目； 5、良好的逻辑思维与分析能力、出色的书面与口头表达能力、强烈的好奇心和学习能力。
