1、本科及以上学历，1-3年新车行业销售管理、销售运营、绩效管控相关经验，能力优秀者可放宽条件； 2.、做事严谨高效、执行力强，具备良好的跨部门沟通与推进能力，适应高频数据工作，结果导向； 3、有汽车们门店、网电销绩效运营经验；熟悉重庆本地市场、有经销商/车源资源；具备二网多品牌、高毛利产品销售管理经验。
