1、负责CPS业务产品运营策略的团队管理和运营策略制定，围绕经销商经营提效目标，结合行业趋势及客户需求，识别增量机会点，推动业务收入增长与渗透率提升； 2、深入理解CPS产品逻辑及核心价值，制定产品GTM策略；推动产品功能迭代，解决客户投放效果问题，提升客户使用满意度； 3、提炼高潜客户共性需求，输出经营提效方案，打造行业标杆案例，带动更多客户进场； 4、协调产品、研发、数据、销售等多部门，推进CPS相关专项落地，完善CPS生态能力。

1、本科及以上学历，3年以上商业化产品运营经验，有汽车行业线索广告、CPS或SaaS产品运营经验者优先；熟悉汽车经销商生意链路及投放痛点，具备行业趋势洞察能力； 2、具备强数据分析能力，能通过客户经营报告诊断业务瓶颈，输出提效方案； 3、熟练掌握产品GTM方法论，对广告产品各阶段推进策略有深度理解，能推动复杂产品迭代； 4、逻辑思维与框架能力强，能从客户反馈中识别共性痛点，推动产品策略升级； 5、具备复杂项目管理能力，擅长跨团队资源协调与冲突解决（如广告收入与CPS目标对齐、流量混竞方案设计等）； 6、团队管理经验丰富，能激发团队效能，培养后备人才。
